Communication : offering, break-down or invasion ?
One week residential workshop to develop listening and communication skills, to connect to the invisible world, to energy and its manifestation. One of the most ancient shamanic tools - the Altar - will serve as a base to learn and improve communication with oneself, with others, with nature and with spirit.
Based on ancient teachings, here are the keywords for this week :
partial fasting (3 days, inspired by Hildegard von Bingen, adapted to each person)
hiking in silence a few hours daily
teachings of body mind-practice
journeys into the dreamtime and sharing
rituals and practice without forgetting joy and laughter!
Programme
Sunday arrival 6 pm: welcome and meet participants - light meal - explanation of programme and spirit of the workshop
Monday to Friday
hiking and learning about edible and medicine plants. Gathering of plants for tea and food. Periods of silence. Exercices. Rituals. Teachings. Meditation and Journeys into the Dreamtime. Sharing. Drumming and singing.......plus all the universe has in store for us !
Departure Saturday 11am after closing ceremony.
Preparation of food is done together.
