This is a one week residential workshop to set yourself free from addictions and to acquire mastery of the four elements on a symbolic level: fire-earth-water-air. As we let go of our addictions, old limiting patterns dissolve, allowing us to tune into the four elements which are the foundation of manifested life. The process is accomplished through rituals, symbolic actions, journeys into the dreamtime and creative activity. Each day there will be a time for hiking and for silence. Rituals and symbolic actions are based on the four elements and linked to each person´s specific addictions. For better integration, the process achieved during the day in outer reality (tonal) will be repeated in the dreamtime (nagual), followed by a circle for feedback and sharing. On the fifth day, participants will create their own ‘Statue of Liberty’. Programme 1st day - arrival (Sunday) at 6pm : welcome, dinner and opening circle 2nd day : addictions at a physical level – Earth 3rd day : addictions at an emotional level – Water 4th day : addictions at a mental level – Air 5th day : addictions at a spiritual level – Fire 6th day: grounding of process 7th day : departure (Saturday) from 11am onwards after closing ceremony. People suffering from heavy addictions (drugs, alcohol, etc.) need to be in individual therapy before they can register for this workshop. Venue will be given later (Alps or Jura).
