One week residential workshop to develop vision and perception, to build bridges between ordinary reality and the unseen, to learn to identify medicinal and edible plants and herbs, to connect with their spirit and make good use of it all.
Based on ancient teachings, here are the keywords for this week :
partial fasting (3 days as practiced by Hildegard von Bingen, adapted to each person)
silence and hiking (a few hours daily)
teachings of daily body-mind practice
journeys into the dreamtime and sharing
rituals... without forgetting joy and laughter !
Programme
Arrival Sunday 6 pm :
welcome and meet participants - light evening meal - explanation of programme and spirit of the workshop.
Monday to Friday :
Go on walks and learn to recognize medicine and edible plants. Gathering of plants for herbal teas and meals. Periods of silence. Exercices. Rituals. Teachings. Meditation and Journeys into the Dreamtime. Sharing, drumming and singing... plus all the universe has in store for us !
Departure Saturday from 11am onwards, after closing ceremony.
Preparation of food etc. is done together.

NB : CHF400.- to be paid into CCP12-69171-4 (Marie-Noëlle Anderson,Geneva) as confirmation of registration. In case of cancellation, CHF200.- will be refunded one month before workshop. Whole amount will be refunded in case of cancellation by the organisers. Cost includes lodging and teachings.
