In this website you will find workshops, individual sessions,
courses and journeys that provide healing, growth and fun
for a better life : wisdom is nothing else but the ability to live in
harmony with oneself and with the world !
The methods and tools used are uncomplicated and efficient :
inspired from ancient traditions and adapted to modern times, their purpose
it to learn how to master emotions, thought and energy. They take
you back to your childhood dreams and bring trust, joy and confidence.
Freedom is yours again, action can unfold and soon it will be harvest
time!
On my path, I met many wise women and men who taught me how to be free
and generous 'at an exceptional time in history when we have the
privilege and the immense joy to witness the birth of a new wold'
(Mother, companion of Aurobindo). I honour and thank them as it is now
my turn to share their teachings with you.
